I have tried downloading the program, I have installed it but when I open and run the form it closes everything. It does not allow me to process the form.

Support Action

This one was different so I had to contact Jessica via telephone. After checking to see that the forms actually got installed and were linked properly in the library I realized the problem was they were installed as a regular user.

Both the Forms Reader and the forms have to be installed as an administrator, during the installation of the forms and during some updates files need to get registered.

To install the software properly the best way is to get your Administrator to make you an admin to install the package, then after its installed leave you as a Power User. The forms get installed under your profile so you wouldn't see the forms if you install them as a different user. The person that will be using the forms needs to install the forms.
