From Customer

I am having trouble installing QuickOffer 2009 and related library. Now
when I open Word I can only see the forms from 2006. So I guess I have
done something wrong.

Would it be best to uninstall all of the previous versions that exist on
my computer and then reinstall 2009?

If so please send me the links for downloading the program and the library
files. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Joe,

QuickOffer is no longer accessed via a menu in Microsoft Word, instead please load the Forms Library from a shortcut on your desktop. Then choose your desired form to create and then fill it out as you would the old QuickOffer. Then when you hit Process Microsoft Word will then open and fill out your document.
