QuickOffer 2010 has been released with the updated OREA forms and a few new amazing features like a Microsoft Word Menu and the ability to scan a QuickOffer generated document.

The QuickOffer menu that now resides in Microsoft Word (Tested in Word 2002 and higher) gives you easy access to the most commonly used forms and tools within QuickOffer, this just makes it that much easier and faster to get the job done.

Our scanning a generated document feature is another tool that saves you from having to re-type information that has already been done. Lets say another agent emails you a Purchase and Sale document that was generated with QuickOffer 2010 or higher. All you have to do is open this document in Microsoft Word and from your new QuickOffer menu choose Scan Document. Thats it, all the information the other broker typed in is now in your Rebuild Database.

Now from the QuickOffer menu simply choose lets say a Waiver and click Rebuild, choose the property the offer was made on and waive some clauses and click Process. You've now created a Waiver to this Purchase and Sale in a matter of 30 seconds.
