Most users don't realize they can use the previous information they've typed in to create another form, avoiding the re-typing of the same information.
Within QuickOffer both the Realtor and Private Sale version every field you type into the Forms Reader interface is saved. For example when you fill out a Purchase and Sale and enter your Buyers/Sellers, Property, Chattels, Clauses, and Dates and process your document that information is saved under the Property name you used.
So now lets say you need to create a Form 320 or a Waiver to that Purchase and Sale, you would open the Waiver form and click the Rebuild button to the bottom left of the General Tab and look for your property name. You can also sort your document history by date created. Select your property and choose Load, then you will notice all the information you already entered in the Purchase and Sale form is now also in the Waiver form. Now go to your Waived tab and remove the clauses that you are not waiving and click the Process button to generate the document.
Thats it you've created a Waiver form in under 1 minute, or 30 seconds if your good with a mouse.
To see a demo on it please visit our QuickOffer page right here and click on "Using the Rebuild" Demo:
